Tea Light Madness

Cutting machines like Crickets or Silhouette Cameos are pretty amazing machine with a bajillion uses. Ok, maybe not that many, but you can do all sorts of things with these cool machines. People familiar with them will tell you that all of them operate using what are called ‘cut’ files. These files send instructions to the machines to cut the pattern you’ve created or downloaded.

I found these little tea lights on a website in Sweden where the owner  has an entire collection online. These are really high quality files that work flawlessly with my Silhouette. The best part is she charges nothing for the files but does encourage small donations for her work. I will include the URL for her website below.

I’ve made a bunch of these already…….I simply used some cardstock……about 80# weight…….and lined the inside with some velum. Just pop in one of those little battery powered tea lights and you’re good to go! 

You can even fold them up and send them in a regular envelope to your family & friends.  They just need to provide the tea light.
